**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Record keeping and perform administrative duties.
- Responsible for sending/receiving/compiling documents, forms, etc. and

passing to relevant department or superior within the specific time frame.
- Assist to monitor and record department policy and procedures.
- Coordinate company meetings, events and discussions with other departments.
- Compile data and create reports, presentations, documents, files & spreadsheets.
- Arrange for the delivery of domestic and international packages.
- Any other task assigned by the superior from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Good collaborative skills to work with other departments.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
