**Your new role**
- Lead, guide and supervise a team of Senior Specialists and Specialists in the execution and handling of a full range of corporate secretarial services and matters for international clients, including company incorporation in different jurisdictions.
- Ensure timely and proper execution by the Team of statutory compliance duties.
- Monitor, review, approve and provide guidance to the Team on corporate secretarial tasks.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Administration / Secretarial.
- Possess at least 2 years of leadership experience in Corporate Administration role or relevant.
- Experience of managing a team in a client service or shared services environment is highly preferred.
- Mandarin proficiency

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
