Finance, Human Resource and Administration Manager

_**Finance Management & Reporting**_
- To provide cash flow report to the management
- To maintain company cash flow to ensure business continuity.
- To prepare Supplier Aging for monthly payable plan.
- To prepare Customer Aging and ensure timely collection of account receivables.
- To ensure employee monthly salary is paid out on time.
- To provide sales dashboard to HODs
- To maintain company management account, including sales invoice, supplier invoice, and general ledger.
- To ensure yearly financial audit is closed timely and accurately.
- Manage profitability by controlling general expenses of the company.
- Supervise the finance and accounting services and staff.
- **Human Resource Management**_
- Ensure that appropriate procedures are in place and are respected with respect to recruitment, dismissal, compensation & benefits, employment conditions, travels as per the organization policies and the human resources Manual.
- To handle full spectrum of payroll processing
- To maintain staff confidential information.
- To maintain human resources records and ensure proper updated and filling.
- To ensure smooth and efficient day to day HR operation (attendance record, leave record, HR documents preparation).
- To check & administer monthly staff claims.
- To ensure high level of motivation via teambuilding activities.
- To ensure training needs are fulfilled as planned annually to improve employee’s skill and knowledge.
- To lead annual appraisal activities for the organization.
- **General Administration**_
- To ensure timely payment of monthly utilities
- To control office overhead expenses and meet annual budget.
- To ensure office equipment are maintained at functional condition
- To control usage, maintenance and repair of company vehicles.
- To keep record office licensing and agreement.
- **Requirement**:_
- Well-versed in SQL Accounting & Payroll system.
- At least 2-3 years working experience
- Must be familiar with updated employment regulatory required by government bodies in Malaysia such as Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated with positive work attitude.
- Responsible and have a pleasant personality
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
