**Key Responsibilities**:
Builds productive internal/external working relationships by having close follow-up and collaboration with IT partners.
Applies sound judgement and escalates where necessary. Provides clear and regular communication to co-workers via oral and written communications
To assist team members on daily routine task for support and reporting
To assist on team building event for L2 team
**Education/Experience**:
Developing knowledge of relevant computing platforms.
Developing knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies.
Ideally development or good technical skills.
Good problem solving skills.
Good time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good team player and willingness to learn (a fast learner).
