_Responsible for _**overall operations management of Daya Bersih Sdn Bhd**_ _and involves making important policy, and strategical decisions, and development and implementation of operational policies and procedures._

**Key accountabilities and duties**:
1. Provide management and administrative responsibilities supporting the General Manager in the operational portfolio.

2. Plan, organize, and control operations at facilities under responsibility to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers.

3. Provide leadership and expert advice for the Operations Department.

4. Ensure that safety, health, and environmental aspects of all projects and site operations are met in compliance with the local OSH act and regulations, OSHA 1994 which is consistent with the company’s operational policy and procedure.

5. Ensure all operations are carried out appropriately and cost-effectively by overseeing budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

6. To participate in and assume responsibility for the development of a favorable climate in the facility and a high level of customer satisfaction, especially the key decision-makers.

7. To consciously promote the company and services that would promote lateral sales and a positive image of the company.

8. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices including formulating strategic and operational objectives.

9. Actively foster the company’s image of professionalism, integrity, and character representative.

10. To develop a good working knowledge of facilities and customers.

11. Assist Human Resources with recruitment and interviews when necessary.

12. Ensure all accounts are under control, and contribute positive margins to the company, especially in approving and monitoring the OT activities.

13. Work closely with General Manager to define values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

14. Responsible for personal growth and development of staff including supporting staff and communicating with the management team.

15. Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.

16. Carry out any kind or any other task directed by the CEO of Daya Bersih Sdn Bhd and Management from time to time.

**General Qualification Requirement**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in operations management, electrical/civil/mechanical engineering, or a related field is necessary, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance Services (FMS) / Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) industries.
- Having a Facility Management certificate from CIDB would be an added advantage.
- Experience in operations management and leadership is mandatory.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management is required.
- The ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees is a must-have.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- A solid understanding of financial management is necessary.
- Familiarity with Windows and MS Office is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
