**FUNCTION**: Human Resources

**SALARY RANGE**:RM 1,500 monthly allowance

**LOCATION**:Bandar Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The role is responsible for supporting human resources team in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities of the human resources function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects and build real-work experience.

We’re developing the next generation of leaders and will be with our interns every step of the way.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain employees
- Provide administrative support to the team with the day-to-day activities
- Supporting the logistics and execution of internal events and projects
- Assist in conceptualizing and carrying out simplification of processes within the team
- Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Highly enthusiastic individual in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related disciplines
- **5** months endless learning journey in BAT
- Hands on in enabling systems such as **SAP, Microsoft Office** and **Power BI **would be an added advantage
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Ambitious, agile** **and driven individual who are looking for a global platform to learn
- Able to demonstrate adaptability and strategic thinking.
