HR Assistant

**Job Descriptions**:
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping, documentation, and HRIS management.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Handle foreign workers affairs such as new submission Foreign worker approval, interview recruitment at source country, arrival, medical check-up, permit renewal and welfare.
- Coordinate of foreign workers administration such as arrangement FOMEMA, check-up, embassy matter and hostel allocation.
- To process permit extensions and ensure are consistently met in a timely manner, Including passport renewals, FOMEMA, insurance and others. Strict compliance of no illegal workers in the Company.
- To attend issues pertaining to foreign workers e.g., medical, and etc
- Preparation of information and documents for audits as required and to review audit recommendation and provide action points with target dates for completion
- To process of invoices and bills from supplier, vendors, and subcontracts and to ensure that all expenditure is captured and variation reporting immediate to superior.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
