PURPOSE OF POSITION: ï‚- To prepare monthly forecasts for forward plan Issue, Dehire for our inventory control for OPS. ï‚- To update Customers' Footprint on how the movement of our pallets in volume. ï‚- To support Key Account & CRM Manager for analyzing individual customer invoice. ï‚- Update all new contracts in master files and as well the SOP ï‚- Resolve and handle customer issues and maintain customers' satisfaction. ï‚- Support CS team on data management and administration ï‚- To achieve business targets as set down by Key Account & CRM Manager ï‚- Assists customer in updating data via Loscam Online (LOL) System ï‚- Handles purchase order for Non-Hire Equipment ï‚- Analyzing individual customer data and to update customer risk ï‚- Follow up on customer payment overdue. ï‚- Drive CS department to move forward and think out of the box ï‚- New contract to analysis the risk and to up Key Account & CRM Manager ï‚- Monthly prepare report POH, Cross border, Issue Dehire, Hire Revenue, MISC fee. ï‚- Prepare SOP for customer complaints and update regularly ï‚- Prepare and analyze PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: ï‚- Prepare necessary information to obtain alignment within CS team/Ops to have an agreed forward plan for Issue, Dehire ï‚- Would able to share necessary details of customers in supporting Solution Selling or exploring a better opportunity with our current customer base. ï‚- To reflect Commercial SOP accordingly on the updated process where relevant. ï‚- Resolve and handle customer issues and at the same time responsible to maintain and increase customers' satisfaction. ï‚- Support, CRM & Key Account Manager on data management and administration. ï‚- Assists customer in updating data via Loscam Online (LOL) System. ï‚- Create & manage weekly and monthly report for key account customers. ï‚- Ensure customers' transaction recorded weekly or monthly. ï‚- Prepare, distribute, file and print outgoing faxes, mail, courier parcels (docket book), customer's dockets, monthly invoices and letter to customers. ï‚- Participate and Support other departments when required on customer related matters. ï‚- Perform other official company duties as may be directed from time to time. ï‚- Handles purchase order for Non-Hire Equipment. ï‚- Support Sales & CRM for pallet stock count. ï‚- Update, safekeep and recording of master contract
