**About the position**:
We are looking for exceptional individuals to join us as Key Account Managers.
We are looking for a skilled **Key Account Manager** to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success
If you are passionate about **acquiring, managing and servicing** high service revenue accounts with the objective of revenue growth and account retention, then this could very well be the role for you.
We want you if you are:
- ** Resourceful** with an** all-out sales approach **and **highly determined to acquire new accounts -** at least 5 years of effective elevator pitches and winning the confidence of clients to embark on long-term relationships with the company;
- ** Creative, quick to grasp concepts** and able to **tailor IT business solutions to meet clients’ needs** that will not only solve problems but also add value to their day-to-day business operations/long-term business output;
- ** Service-minded, empathetic, responsive **and a** problem solver** - as clients look to you as their main point of contact / dedicated business partner, they expect nothing but the best from you especially in servicing problems, initiating and completing tasks quickly and accurately;
- ** Proactive in reaching out to the right stakeholders** across all levels and functions at Digi and clients’ organisations;
- ** Fantastic at convincing and negotiating** contracts and agreements so that they are mutually benefiting for clients and Digi;
- ** Flexible with timing and ready to travel** to meet and service clients nationwide;
- ** Self-initiated, **a** team player** and **sensitive to external changes in the market.**
