Job Responsibilities Oversees the purchasing activities in the company To check and verify, processing and monitor Purchase order to suppliers including outstanding Purchase Order. To coordinate, monitor and follow up with suppliers for all the purchase or issues in regards to late delivery, quality, quantity and unit price discrepancy. Sourcing, negotiations and selection of right and relevant suppliers while maintaining quality, best price, payment terms, reliability and services Filling of PO, contracts, reports etc and ensure proper documentation for all purchasing related processes To ensure purchasing activities and procedure are in compliance to company and procurement policies Require to undertake any other ad-hoc task when assigned by Superior. Requirements Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience Possess at least SPM, Diploma or STPM certification and above Good command of English is a must, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage PC literate committed and multi-tasking Experience of planning, organizing and prioritizing workload Possess initiative, fast learner and able to work independently Have pleasant personality and positive attitude
