Recruiting different designation for Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore office
- Meeting recruitment schedule
- Responsible for handling employees issues and providing solutions
- HR Induction and Technical induction to new employees.
- Posting job ads in various portals
- Conduct first round interview and short
- Submitting reports(Business Development Team KPI, Monthly Report, Branch performance report, Resource requirement report, etc.,) required by HQ
- Overseas all the activities open to close the office
- Handling company documentation
- Provides office support to either an individual or team
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Coordinate with Indonesia and Singapore office employees for Daily, weekly, and monthly report collection.
- Preparing & Assisting the Reporting officer for joining procedure for new onboarding
- Maintaining the company social media accounts and do online promotion Providing
- Administration support to business development team
- Collecting client payments and cheque
- Followup on Tech department assigned followup
- Query & complaints handling
- Call and verify the rejected clients to conform the root cause of rejection.
- Providing Quotation value to business development department after discuss with technical team for special products
- Approving Quote in escalations based on the rate master.
- Liaising with local EPF, Socso, MDA, HRDF, ESD local authorities for registration
- Finding New office locations for Australia, Philippines, USA, Europe, etc.,
- Arranging both internal and external events
**Skills & Requirements: -**
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Able to speak and write in English, Indonesia bhasha and Malay.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude
- Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and have self-initiative.
