Job Description
You are the frontline for company queries whether to funnel through higher up or to specific department.
Your roles is to communicate with our client in either solving their plea, follow up through their request or taking notes on their feedbacks in providing the best online property platform that we can be.
Your tasks is as listed but not limited to:
- Report daily on your task given by your seniors and managers.
- Assist management from operations, editorials and sales whenever necessary.
- Collated feedbacks from client on services and features for future improvement.
- Head team of part-time resource for data crawling and transfers.
Job Requirements
- Good command of English and Malay in both oral and written. (Additional language is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge in office software suite mainly Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as Google Office Suite.
- Attentive and assertive in thrive to provide the best customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in communication or any other field relevant.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
