Customer Experience Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Customer Experience Assistant Manager, your skill set will be vital in providing our customer a whole new experience. You’ll play an important role to ensure a good and satisfied retail experience
You will be exposed to:
- Establish and maintain guest relationships to build customer loyalty
- Lead the development and implementation of operations strategies and plans for retail store operations
- Oversee retail store operations to ensure adherence to organizational standards and procedures
- Coaching, mentoring, and setting up action plans to support key customer experience metrics
- Evaluate retail store service quality and guest satisfaction levels for service improvement
- Interact with guests to gather feedback on service quality
- Lead innovative and improvement initiatives to provide desired guest experience and enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Resolve challenging guest issues and concerns
- Develop crisis management, business continuity and recovery plans for the retail store
- Review compliance management on organizational guidelines and legal regulations required for retail store operations
- Lead the management of staff performance to achieve department goals
- Oversee the implementation of capability development plans for staff
- Present reports and recommendations for management updates and decision-making
What is required of you in this role?
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing a team of customer service agents.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- A desire to help others work towards targets and develop their skills.
- Possess excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to build solid and respectful relationships with guests, partners and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a start-up environment with rules and structure to be defined.
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
