HR Executive and Admin

1) Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin functions for Branch
2) Processing Outlet monthly payroll for using HR 2000, including EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, EIS etc
3) Foreign Worker Affairs like FOMEMA, immigration, hostel management, permit renewal, medical etc
4) Responsible for recruitment and selection, induction of new employees and conducting exit interviews
5) Must be able to handle workers disciplinary issues including counselling issuing of warning letters, etc
6l) To be responsible for monitoring stock control of Non-trade items such as packaging material, cashier roll, etc
7) To be responsible for monitoring and renewal of Business licenses and permits
8) To be responsible for monitoring stationary, staff uniform, office equipment maintenance
9) To go round on working floor for checking on cleanliness, staff issues, misconduct, etc
10) To ensure all new employees are properly trained by the superior
11) To ensure all utilities bills for hostels and branch are paid on time
12) To ensure reports are submitted to HQ on time
13) Any other duties are assigned and directed by Group HR Manager or Branch Manager from time to time
**REQUIREMENTS**:
2) Fresh Graduate or a least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3) Preferably those specialised in Human Resources or equivalent
4) Must have good command in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
5) Those who can start work immediately will be given preference
Experience: Human Resources : 2 years (preferred)
Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
