**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Relations**: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts.
- **Performance Management**: Support performance appraisal processes and provide feedback.
- **Training and Development**: Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- **HR Administration**: Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits.
- **Policy Implementation**: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- **HR Projects**: Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve processes and employee experience

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in HR roles.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
