**What will you do**

Key Responsibilities
- Shapes the Digitalization Transformation agendas for Asia Pacific Quality & Compliance organization (Q&C) partnering with global and local site members to drive digital portfolio creation and delivery of regional pivotal initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to build end to end digitalization ecosystem solutions encompass product research development, manufacturing, quality control and commercialization.
- Lead regional Q&C community of practices to define key areas of opportunities and business problems to solve. Lead on value creation and business impact measurement for investmsent prioritization.
- Own Q&C digitalization related adoption plan and conduct training and guidelines accordingly.
- Stands for Asia Pacific, collaboration with Global Regional Digital Team, Quality Strategic Initiatives and Global Supply Chain Excellence Groups to drive standardization & simplification priorities with digitalization solutions.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferring in Digital, Supply Chain, Statistics, or Sciences
- Minimum of 6-10 years of business experience
- At least 3 years specialization in the supply chain and quality with experience in technology, data science, is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to connect business needs with technology solutions in driving value creation and agility.
- Experience in end-to-end supply chain - quality relevant digitalization portfolios such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Electronic Records, advance data analytic and visualization tools.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare industry, knowledge in Quality & Compliance is a differentiator.
- Knowledge in computerized system validation in GxP regulated environment.
- Knowledge in project management, process excellent (Lean, Six Sigma), statistically technique is added advantages.
- Outstanding leadership capabilities, experience with collaborating, networking, with all levels of management and lead discussions without line authority to create alignment of senior cross-functional team members.
- Excellent interpersonal ability to function as a change agent and adapt to changing business dynamics is needed.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and facilitation skills collaborate includes virtual groups.
- High problem solving & continues improvement mindset and capability,
