- At least 2 years of experience in working in the Events Management.
- Knowledge or previous participation in Virtual and Webcast Events will be an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and tight datelines.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia & English, including presentation/public speaking skills (Verbal proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage).

**Responsibilities**:

- To plan and organize promotional, business and social events & responsible for running a range of events, ensuring the target audience is engaged and the message of the event is marketed properly.  
- Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts inclusive of handling budgeting and invoicing; liaising and negotiating with vendors; negotiating sponsorship deals; handling logistics; managing branding and communication; developing event feedback surveys & obtaining permits whichever applicable. 
- Reporting on-time inclusive of updating immediate superior, conducting pre-event check, during event & preparing post-event reports. 
- Conceptualize & design visually compelling key visuals that can be used across various online & offline platforms; promotional materials, presentation slides, social media content & posting. 
- Participate and support University activities (Education Vertical) when applicable. 
- To generate revenue & maximize profit for the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,517.56 - RM6,289.46 per month
