1. Salesforce CRM System
a. Patient registration
b. Patient record data entry/update
c. Appointment booking/scheduling
d. Check in/out patient
2. Salesforce POS System
a. Issuing of receipts
b. Stock updates/data-entry
c. Reporting updates/data-entry
3. Attend to patients' administrative needs/requests/follow-ups
4. Manage patient complaints
5. Sales transactions ie. cashier
6. Daily settlement & reconciliation of sales
7. Stock management - stationeries, drugs, office needs
8. Filling system management - patient files & other general admin files
9. Preparation of patient files for next day appointment
10. Statistics and Reports
11. Arrangement for dispatch/collection
12. Liaise with suppliers/vendors/contractors
13. Other general office administration
