Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients through setting up meeting with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Running outbound campaigns to create sales opportunities
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
- Responsible for client information and product data collection for area of improvement
- Coordinate with Production Manager in process and product design improvement after obtaining client feedbacks
- Communicate with Sales & Marketing Manager about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
- Receive instructions from management of the company from time to time
**Job Requirements and Skills**
- At least 3 years of working experience in related fields.
- Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business
- Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients
- Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
