**Responsibilities**:

- 1Monthly sales target.Discuss with designer for prepare costing which may use in quotatio.FA,3D drawing design and mock up can send to customer in JPEG low resolution format once quotation approved4.Fill in jobsheet form before proceed; below a few scenarios as guideline for sales person: -normal process -fill in jobsheet - If waiting 1 set to confirm by client on the same day, 1 set need to bring back from client - fill in jobsheet - If waiting 1 set to confirm by client 2 days later, 1 set need to bring back from client - fill in jobsheet and amend delivery date from original date delay to two days later. - if the project is partially delivery (client not confirm the balance will delivery on when) -jobsheet fill in only for partial delivery quantity, the balance need for new jobsheet and request for new delivery date. - If project on going and client on the spot add on 2 to 3 quantity - jobsheet amend quantity and date remain the same. 5.Every price deduction which lower from the costing system has to get approval from Business Development Manager before pass to client. Every sales person responsible to calculate pricing themselves from the costing system provided. 6.Every confirmation project need Chop sign quotation or PO before proceed for mock up, color proof, 3D or FA. 7. Responsibility to collect payment 8. Responsibility for delivery date and transportation info (fill in booking transportation form) 9. Understand quality and quantity from Planner / production 10. 3 days before to advise admin on issue D/O and Invoice for avoid any delay. 11. Installation and onsite measurement may needed for some project**Benefits**:
