Regional Product Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the growth and expansion of the company products across the regional market.
- Develop and implement new product pipeline strategies, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch initiatives.
- Formulate brand strategies for the product range, including market penetration strategies and competitive intelligence analysis.
- Analyze research data and customer feedback to identify market trends, competitors, and opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Define and execute strategic marketing plans, including implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and collaborate with the clinical, sales, and training teams.
- Arrange and deliver training sessions to the local and regional distributors' field sales teams.
- Manage distributor relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent). Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar capacity, specializing in oncology.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product launch strategies.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
