**Job Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Customer Service Live Chat cum Copywriter. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers through live chat support and crafting compelling written content to enhance our brand messaging.

**Responsibilities**:
**Live Chat Support**:Provide prompt and effective customer support through live chat channels.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers in navigating our products/services and resolving problems.

**Copywriting**:Create engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including product descriptions, promotional content, and social media posts.
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop impactful and on-brand copy.

**Customer Engagement**:Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and insights.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services through effective communication.

**Problem Resolution**:Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating as needed.
Work collaboratively with other departments to address recurring problems and improve overall customer experience.

**Multitasking**:Juggle live chat interactions while simultaneously maintaining a focus on copy writing tasks.
Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customer inquiries and content creation responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service and live chat support.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to create compelling and concise copy.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and brand consistency.
- Ability to adapt to various communication styles based on customer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the products/services offered by the company.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in copywriting or content creation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles in copywriting.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
