Call Centre Executive

**1) Handling incoming sales calls, Social Media and Web/App sales.**
2) Assigning completed sales to technicians’ team for further action.
3) Follow up the jobs assigned in system until it completed.
4) Update handled sales details in the call log and share it with Management team.
5) Follow any other task or instructions given by superior’s time to time.
**6) Must be ready to work in shifts (Morning - 7am to 3pm and Afternoon shift - 3pm to 11pm) and weekends including public holiday.**
7) Total Income ranges monthly from min RM2300 to RM3300 includes (Basic salary, Sales commission, Phone allowance, Attendance allowances, Overtime, yearly bonus, yearly increments, staff purchase, EPF, SOCSO, Company T-shirt)
**8) Must have own transport.**
**9) Can speak in English and BM.**
10) On job training will be provided.
11) Fresh graduates encourage to apply.
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
