We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our passionate team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.

**Position Overview**:
As a Growth Lead focused on Marketing, you will be a key driver in developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a results-oriented marketer with a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and a passion for driving innovative campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Identify key market segments and develop targeted campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
- Lead efforts to acquire and retain customers through effective marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value and loyalty.
- Develop a content strategy that aligns with brand positioning and resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and shareable content.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's brand positioning.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles with a focus on growth.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving marketing and growth targets.
