- Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for respective entities' employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
- Calculate and deduct appropriate taxes, benefits, and deductions from employee paychecks.
- Prepare and submit required payroll reports to payroll agencies, such as tax returns, social security payments, and workers' compensation reports.
- Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees, managers, or external agencies.
- Continuously monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and compensation.
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- A recognized degree in any field, coupled with at least 2 years of working experience.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
