Executive Assistant to Director

REQUIREMENTS
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Able to travel within klang valley and outstation whenever is needed.
- Preferably to have an experience of 2 years of more
- Preferably to have worked in a healthcare set up
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
