- **Summary**:
Assist the Head of Stakeholder Management & Reporting in integrating strategy, finance, communication, public relations and compliance with corporate governance
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare the working documents for interim and annual reports, results’ announcements, corporate presentations, press releases, reporting document and analysis reports
- Prepare working papers in conducting research and analysis, industry trends, benchmarking Maintaining and updating databases required on reporting and communication requirement. This includes monitoring the movement of share price of the Bank and peers (pre and post transfer of listing status).
- Collaborate with Investor Relations and Group Corporate Communication teams to ensure deliverables aligned to overall Bank’s Strategic Directions and 5 Sustainability Commitments
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a degree in Mass Communication/ Business/ Finance/ Management
- related/ Environmental Sciences/ Environmental Management/ Engineering/ Sustainability related qualification
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in research, analytics, finance, financial services industry related is an added advantage
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Good writing skills
- Editorial specialisation/ content management/ technology enthusiast is an added advantage
- Willing to work in a tight deadline and result driven.
- Sustainability/ Business planning/ analyst/ Corporate Communication/ Editorial specialisation/ Content management/ Technology enthusiast/ Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage
