HR Admin Officer

Job Description:
- In charge monitoring staff attendance/ welfare & foreigner management.
- Coordinate with team member on staff welfare event.
- Handle foreign worker related matters, including onboarding; worker orientation; hostel management and etc.
- Liase and monitoring external party such as Cleaning Service, Security Service.
- Issue workers’ uniform & safety shoe.
- Worker medical visitation; workers’ bank account opening.
- Monitor and maintain 5S activities
- Support in monthly and bi-monthly payroll.
- Handle general HR duties and support administrative duties.
- Organizing and maintaining personnel record.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possesses own transport is required.
- Able to work independently as well as team player with high initiative and integrity.
- Attention to details and maintain good HR ethics.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
