- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, sales, product development, data team to ensure alignment of customer lifecycle initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Generating regular reports on customer lifecycle management activities and presenting findings and recommendations to the team or management.
- Assisting in A/B testing and optimization of customer interactions and marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Document best practices and processes related to customer lifecycle management and recommending improvements for greater efficiency.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
