'¢ To ensure all the computation of payroll is complied with the regulations as stipulated in the local labour law. '¢ Preparation of employment contract and compute monthly employee payroll for approval. '¢ Monitor and report on staff employment, performance, training, pay, leave of absences etc. '¢ To ensure the recruiting request is met according to the recruiting plan. '¢ Induction of new employees. '¢ Coordination of OJT for the new employees. '¢ Update employees personal file. '¢ Perform any other ad-hoc duties as directed by immediate superior from time to time. Requirement '¢ 2 years' relevant experience. Hand on experience in any payroll software with time management system preferred. (Sage)'¢ Computer literate and willing to learn '¢ Good communication and interpersonal skill '¢ Willing to work with high pressure '¢ Willing to work in long hours '¢ Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
