**Customer Support Executive**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Customer Management**

1. Ensure and manage individual and team daily checklist are completed.

2. Ensure & manage daily job fulfillment between customers and cleaning crews.

3. Ensure all customer enquiries on all channels are replied promptly.

4. Assist customers with any issues related to booking or payment via the mobile app.

5. Attend to complains submitted by the customers and ensure service recovery is carried out smoothly.

6. Follow up with customers who have already completed their sessions to provide ratings to the crews.

7. Assist with other miscellaneous tasks related to customers.

**Cleaning Crew Management**

1. Track &monitor the cleaning crews’ arrival to their morning and afternoon sessions.

3. Assist the cleaning crews if they face any challenges while carrying out cleaning jobs at the customers’ residence, ie booking placed does not match the request on the job

4. Co-operate with Recruitment team to identify crews who are not performing on the job to be sent to Refresher courses

5. Assist with other miscellaneous tasks related to customers.

**Requirement**

1. This position is open to Malaysian only.

2. A minimum of Bachelor Degree in related field is required.

3. Strong written and communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.

4. At least 2 years experience in face-to-face or virtual / online customer support role.

5. Experience in startup environment is preferred.

3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working mode : Fully in office

Work location : Temasya 8, Glenmarie

Salary range : RM 3000 - RM 4500 (depending on qualification & experience)

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
