**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- To handle all customer enquiries and requests promptly, accurately and professionally in the timely manner.
- To update and maintain customer interaction in the customer relationship database.
- Must be willing to build long-term relationship with customers.
- Able to suggest improvements to the various communications by the company (eg. website, FAQs, etc)
- Shall be communicating clearly both in written and in speech that customers can understand.
- Shall be able to use automated information systems to analyse the customers’ situation.
- Communicate and coordinate with other internal departments within the company.
- Shall direct requests and escalate unresolved issues to the designated personnel.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken.
- Assist customer with technical issues.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A Malaysian citizen with at least a Degree holder in any discipline.
- Must have pleasant personality and friendly.
- At least 2 years customer service experiences.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- Must be willing to work on shift (we are operating on 24hrs/7days). Off-day does not necessary fall on weekend or public holidays.
- Must have excellent command in English.
- Someone with initiative, drive and pride in getting the job done.

**SALARY OFFER**:

- Basic: RM2,000 - RM3,000 (Depends on qualifications & experiences)
- Shift allowances (For afternoon shift & night shift)
