We are looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our Family Retakaful team as Office Administrator. You will be reporting to the Human Resources and Admin Manager based in Kuala Lumpur.

**Your Role**
- Manage the daily office operations of Munich Re Kuala Lumpur, this includes general administration, office management and its policies including vendor contracts.
- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to CEO including meeting appointments and travel arrangements.
- Provide support on IT related administrative tasks including keeping hardware/software inventory updated and relevant IT documentation records.
- Administer company policies relating to office maintenance and ensure adherence to company administrative and building management procedures.
- Provide support in managing office space, equipment, suppliers, renovation and furniture maintenance.
- Coordinate with contractors/ vendors, organise and schedule maintenance servicing for all maintenance, repair and replacement works are carried out properly.
- Review vendor contracts including processing and submitting invoices for payment approval.
- Manage partners and vendor relationships. Evaluate services performance and recommend improvements in service delivery.
- In charge of stationery and pantry supplies ordering.
- Responsible for new hire pre-preparation such as employee access card, initiate onboarding equipment including IT hardware and other relevant office access/ requirements.
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing mails including sorting and circulating inter-office mails and arrange courier service.
- Perform other relevant tasks when needed.

**Your Profile**
- Degree/ Diploma in business administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in office or equivalent.
- Experience and sound knowledge in IT.
- Good interpersonal skill, team player, independent, able to work with mínimal supervision and perform under pressure.
- Willing to work non-core hours when required.
