Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing customized solutions to meet their needs. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with account managers, recruitment experts, and other stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement customized strategies to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Negotiate terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and revenue streams.
