Business Expansion Expert

We are seeking a Business Expansion Expert to join our team at Top Dynasty Holdings Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the electrical field, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, and acting as the driving force behind the development and implementation of the business development strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the electrical industry, a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs, and excellent communication skills. They must also be proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., and have a passion for business growth.
In this role, you will:
- Pursue new business opportunities in the electrical field.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including Building Developers, M&E Consultants, and Contractors.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Act as the driving force behind the development and implementation of the business development strategy, working with the team to enhance marketing efforts and customer relationships.
