**Job Summary**
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with IB and affiliate partners in the assigned market. You will develop a deep understanding of their needs and expectations, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship with IB and affiliate partners is crucial to your success.
- Acquiring quality partners in the market and onboarding them smoothly to our partner management system is also essential.
- Maintaining compliance with our partner tier policy while driving partner acquisition performance is vital.
Your achievements will be measured by your ability to grow trading volume, net fee revenue, and active customers under each partner.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven sales experience in a related industry, preferably with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Familiarity with the India market and its dynamics.
- Ability to navigate complex environments, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
