About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at Robert Walters. In this role, you will develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning.
  • Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies for assigned retailers.
  • Conceptualising and executing trade promotions in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
  • Visiting points of sale regularly to ensure brand visibility and adherence to guidelines.
  • Planning Exclusive SKUs Marketing Plan, Joint Quarterly Marketing Plan, Joint Business Plan, TTL, ATL, BTL Plan.
  • Ensuring client interaction is conducted in a timely and satisfactory manner.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a trade marketing manager role.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience managing Watsons/Guardian Trade Marketing Plan.
  • A diploma in business studies/marketing or any related discipline.
  • Excellent Mandarin fluency both written and spoken.
  • Good communication skills in English & Malay.
  • A proven track record in similar position.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to handle multitasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork spirit and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking abilities.
