Sales and Marketing Specialist for Aftermarket Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our aftermarket parts and services.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Identification and Engagement: Identify and engage with potential customers, including existing clients, fleet operators, and distributors.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to enhance customer retention.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our aftermarket parts and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts marketing, or a related role.
- Key Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
