Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience team as a Senior Customer Service Manager. In this role, you'll lead a team of customer support professionals, driving results-oriented initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, and performance management of customer support agents.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve customer experience goals, such as improving first-call resolution rates and reducing average handle time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting employee growth and advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and achieving customer experience goals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Experience with CRM systems, ticketing software, and other customer service tools.
