About the Role:

We are looking for a Training Executive to join our team at GoGoVan. As a key member of our training team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs to our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training sessions that meet the needs of our CSRs.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Trainer and Customer Service Manager to develop training content.
  • Assist in the evaluation and improvement of our training programs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on management purposes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of training experience or relevant educational background, preferably with experience in the HK market.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Nearly native level of Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
