About the Role
Sandoz, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing sales plans for key clients in the retail pharmacy channel.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at chain pharmacies through close collaboration and partnership.
- Act as primary point of contact for purchasing and communication with retail chain pharmacies, conducting regular contract updates and quarterly business reviews.
- Conduct field visits and product promotions to key account pharmacy headquarters and outlets to drive sales growth and achieve territory-specific business goals.
- Engage with stakeholders at chain pharmacies to understand their business priorities and develop partnership initiatives.
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategy and resource allocation to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve targets in Retail Chain Pharmacy Key Account, with responsibility for sales achievement of assigned region's KPIs.
- Coordinate and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility and embark on joint business plan (JBP) process with key accounts pharmacy headquarters.
- Monitor marketing activities execution progress and program deployment for optimization.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform company marketing strategies.
