- Monitor and report on customer growth, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Provide coaching and feedback to customer relationship teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business related studies.
At least 2 years of Customer Relationship Management experience in the FMCG industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
