The New Role

You will be responsible for arranging board/committee meetings, assisting the Secretarial team in timeline planning, taking minutes, and circulating relevant memos/reports. Additionally, you will undertake corporate secretarial administration, attend to all corporate secretarial matters in accordance with the company acts, and perform other special assignments and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have strong attention to detail, an innovative thought process, a commercial outlook, and be able to work effectively as part of a small, motivated team. A Secretarial license and 2 years of experience in a relevant field will be advantageous.
