As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing CVS accounts by planning promotions, visiting stores to gather feedback, and ensuring smooth payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with CVS accounts.
  • Promotion Planning: Develop and execute promotion plans that meet the needs of CVS accounts.
  • Business Review: Conduct regular market visits to store level and gather feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Payment Management: Monitor payment status and validate customer claims to ensure timely submission to Finance.
Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or the FMCG industry.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to manage and negotiate with key accounts.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Coordination: Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
