Job Description
In this role, you will be part of the Talent Solutions team, responsible for driving the success of our Talent and Learning solutions in the mid-market sector for Malaysia. Your primary goal will be to tap into potential client opportunities and generate new business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market sector for Malaysia
- Create accurate forecasts and maintain open communication with management on pipeline status
- Closed new business consistently at or above quota level
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory, documenting and sharing competitive information
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
