Job Description

The Strategic Human Resources Executive will lead the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

This role involves standardizing and managing HR regulations, systems, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting salary benchmarking and managing internal salary structures to support fair and competitive compensation strategies.

The role requires overseeing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory requirements. Additionally, the HR Executive will maintain and update employee records, payroll databases, and HR documentation to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace investigations while ensuring a fair and legally compliant work environment. The Strategic Human Resources Executive will also manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Furthermore, this role involves planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, corporate events, and culture-building activities to foster a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will provide support for HR projects, including policy development, organizational restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
