About the Opportunity:- This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Customer Growth Specialist.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving business growth through effective negotiation and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Negotiate national contracts based on commercial policy and client objectives.
- Monitor agreements roll-out and investments.
- Maintain relationships with customers' key decision makers.
- Manage the account's P&L.
- Develop relationships with buyers.
- Coordinate execution of agreements and promotions with the sales force.
- Build business plans for each assigned customer.
- Draw up monthly promotion plans, review customer monthly/ yearly cumulative sales performance, the market and the category performance, promotion design, measurement tools, and promotion effectiveness evaluation.
- Analyze in-depth understanding of key account retail sales strategies and operation mechanisms, formulate key account strategies, goals, and budget constraints, determine business cooperation foundations & opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Business/Marketing.
- Minimum 8 years related experience with minimum 5 years Key Account Management.
- Verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in Key Account Management/Strategic Customer Management.
