We're looking for an experienced Agency Growth Specialist to join our team. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for identifying insights and trends using data to drive the execution and implementation of key pivotal initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the Agency Business Development team to plan and strategize agency business development initiatives to support the corporate objective and desired result.
- Conducting market intelligence through focus groups or acquiring on-ground feedback from Agency leaders / life planners and providing insights to relevant internal teams.
- Familiar and being a product specialist for key products e.g. Takaful, General Insurance, Private Retirement Scheme, and Mortgage.
About You:
- Tertiary education in any field of studies.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in sales & marketing in agency business/ insurance industry, ideally in a high-growth business and fast-paced environment.
Skills Required:
- Good command of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral).
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
