About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities, identifying and qualifying leads, and developing strategic relationships with existing customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing consultative selling approaches to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Successfully create revenue from both new and existing customer accounts through effective account management and negotiation skills
  • Manage complex client negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Built lasting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and rapport-building skills
  • A valid driving license and access to reliable transportation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in quota-carrying sales roles
  • Demonstrable track record of overachieving sales quotas and meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and ability to effectively utilize technology to drive sales growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively
