Business Expansion Specialist

This position is designed for a highly skilled individual to spearhead sales efforts, establish robust relationships, develop talent, and unlock new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include promoting products/services tailored to clients' objectives, crafting quotations and job sheets for confirmed orders, and fostering trust with both new and existing customers.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting monthly sales performance to the Managing Directors, gathering feedback to address gaps, and ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Furthermore, this role involves conducting market research to identify new customer needs, developing strategies for business growth, creating awareness and collaboration in the market, and driving innovation to transform the business model.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
This role requires expertise in business development, strategic planning, relationship building, and market analysis.
